About the event
Every Other Sunday | 3 PM | Alamitos Beach, Long Beach
Join us in Long Beach expands to new shores. Surrounded by palm trees and coastal energy, beginner-friendly yoga class brings the same welcoming vibe while building a fresh community. We will meet in front of the restaurant called Gaucho Beach to the left of the sidewalk when facing the ocean. Look for our chalkboard sign :)
🕒 Schedule
3:00–3:30 PM → Social session
3:30–4:30 PM → Guided yoga flow
After class → Stay and connect with new friends or enjoy the Long Beach atmosphere
