Join us on Sunday, September 6 for Paws & Poses, a joyful morning of yoga, puppy cuddles, and community—all while helping provide lifesaving care for rescue dogs and puppies in need. The event runs from 10:30 AM–11:45 AM, beginning with 45 minutes of puppy yoga from 10:30–11:15 AM, followed by 30 minutes of puppy playtime from 11:15–11:45 AM, when you can cuddle with our adorable rescue pups and enjoy food and drinks from Umaga Café, available for purchase.

Whether you're an experienced yogi or simply looking for a fun and unique way to spend your Sunday morning, the class is designed to be lighthearted, welcoming, and filled with plenty of puppy interruptions. Don't be surprised if a curious pup wanders onto your mat, joins you for downward dog, or decides it's time for a cuddle!
