Unroll your mat under the trees and flow with us. Community Yoga Flow is a donation-based, all-levels class at Elysian Park — no experience necessary, no judgment, just breath, movement, and a moment to reset with your community.

This class is donation-based with a $5 minimum, because we believe wellness should be accessible. Bring a mat (or borrow one if you don't have it), wear whatever feels good to move in, and come as you are.
