About the event
This is an outdoor, beginner-friendly yoga experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and release built-up tension.
The class blends a gentle, accessible yoga flow with intentional music and plant-based elements to support relaxation and presence. Movement is slow, grounding, and intuitive—created to help you soften, breathe deeper, and let go of what you’ve been holding in your body.
This is not a high-intensity workout. It’s an elevated, nervous-system-focused flow rooted in ease, awareness, and care.
